Reservation should be made at least thirty (30) days before the date of the actual use of the venue and in the prescribed form available at the office of Bramante Management, Inc. (BMI)

Pencil booking is allowed for three (3) working days only.

Rental fee for the Ballroom is:

Ballroom 1 (Capacity of up to 130 persons) – Php 25,000.00 for four (4) hours, exclusive of VAT. In excess, extension fee is Php 4,000.00 per hour.

Ballroom 1 & 2 (Capacity of up to 350 persons) – Php 40,000.00 for four (4) hours, exclusive of VAT. In excess, extension fee is Php 8,000.00 per hour.

A reservation deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental fee should be paid upon confirmation. Full payment should be settled at least two (2) weeks before the function. The Notice to Proceed will be issued by BMI to the security personnel, maintenance and technician upon full payment.

A Php 15,000.00 refundable fee of the client or caterer will have to be deposited with BMI and can only be refunded five (5) working days after the function and only if and when clearance has been issued by the security.

LED walls, Food carts, photo booths, electric appliances (1,000watts and above) and the like are charged Php 500.00/supplier for the whole duration of the event.

Cancellation Policy: In any event that the function will not push through, a letter of cancellation should be submitted to BMI. Failure to cancel the reservation two (2) weeks after the reservation date will forfeit the cash deposit in favor of BMI. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for reservation deposit refund.

Changing of date of the event is permitted on a case-to-case basis and is subject to the terms of the Cancellation Policy. BMI will charge an additional 5% fee.

Damages, breakages, and injuries attributable to the guests shall be for the account of the applicant.

BMI shall not be held liable for the cancellation of the reservation due to force majeur, labor dispute, strikes and other causes or circumstances beyond its control.

BMI reserves the right to assign an alternative function area if and when the ballroom becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

The air-conditioning units will only be switched-on 30 minutes before the start of the reservation period.

Delivery and hauling of the caterer’s food, supplies, materials, etc. can only be transported through the stairs designated by BMI.

Ingress and egress time is seven (7) hours. Set-up that would require more shall be permitted on a case-to-case basis and with an additional charge of Php 1,000.00 per hour.

Waiters and catering personnel will only use the assigned or designated comfort rooms and will be appropriately dressed when setting-up the reserved function area.

Waiters and catering personnel are not allowed to take a bath in the comfort room or in any part of the hallway.

During the setting-up of the Ballroom, only LED bulbs will be utilized, and only checking of sounds shall be allowed. Absolutely no other appliance will be allowed to be used during the set-up that would require electrical consumption or be connected to any outlet inside the ballroom.

No washing of dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. shall be permitted in the comfort rooms or in any part of the building. Likewise, food leftovers must be disposed directly to garbage bags provided by the caterer.

Attaching of decors, backdrops and the likes to the walls of the Ballroom and hallways is permitted as long as it will not damage the walls and the ceilings’ painting. The damage cost will be deducted in the security deposit.

No cooking of food is allowed in the Ballroom or in any part of Bramante.

Parking is on a first come-first serve basis and for a fee. Pay Parking for Guests Php30.00 for first two hours and Php10.00 for succeeding hour.

The Gate Pass form shall be presented to the guard or to any BMI personnel upon request.

Payment is inclusive of the use only of the ballroom’s lighting and air-conditioning.

BMI will provide technical assistance upon request and when necessary.

Caterers/patrons are expected to clean up and restore place after its use.
-
Chairs and tables, other decorations and garbage bags left in the ballroom after the function and not immediately pulled-out will be subject to a fine of Php 2,000.00 per day.

Penalty of Php 1,000 shall be charged to the caterer (deductible from the security deposit) for every violation of the above policies.

The Management reserves the right to refuse future bookings or reservations should there be any cause for complaints by the residents or for any infractions of the above.
